Maintenance & Support


The equipment is guaranteed against faulty manufacturing for 12 months from the commissioning date.

After the 12-month guarantee ends, we provide a Maintenance Agreement for the period of one year, which will cover the necessary cost regarding the spare parts.


Our standard package provides cover as follows:

Major system fault (20% + failure)   arrow 
Within 2 working hours response
System fault                                     arrow
Within 8 working hours response
Handset fault                                    arrow
Within 16 working hours response
Remote Programming / alterations    arrow  Within 16 working hours response  

 This provides full maintenance cover for Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and access to our technical support desk between these hours.
